Most sounds like it is, gang activity are related, so I understand the reason for the school prohibited.
The jacket is really strange, but the rest is a cousin of gangs. Its stupid, but whatever. At my school, no scarves, shirts, Gang Related, or the like. However, belts are good, and we can like bracelets, which we want to use. All people need to use equipment to emo! So, now, but my school is not very strict. Good luck:)

Probably because of all evil livers, shoot like schools. They are the only protection for you is what I think.
My school is quite reasonable, but in my school, we could not use an elastic band around the wrist or a Santa Claus (in the day, crazy hat, or "fixed") day, for it was a gang symbol.
